The phrase “I love you” can have different meanings, depending on who is the recipient. So what does it mean to tell God that we love Him? How can we know we’re not just paying Him lip service?

In this message, Dr. Stanley explains how our obedience is a direct reflection of our love for God. Jesus said that if we loved Him, we would keep His commandments (John 14:15). He didn’t say we would go to church, or read the Bible, or do good deeds. We would obey Him.

Christ already paid the price on the cross, so we shouldn’t take His great sacrifice for granted. We should commit to obey Him at every opportunity.
